DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Australia)
December 10th cut off for regular Australian parcel post and letter post
December 15th for Express Post

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside Australia)
November 24th cut off for regular international parcels
December 2nd for Express parcels
Untracked letter post delivery times are uncertain so I'm unsure of a cut off date BUT usually letters take 2-3 weeks.

These are based on the cut-off estimates provided by Australia Post but nothing is certain when postal systems are as backed up as they have been this year.

Due to the pandemic, shipping times have been extended and some countries are not taking all international mail.

    • Mail is going out multiple times a week as normal
    • Estimated delivery times are no longer guaranteed 
    • Domestic (Australian) mail appears to be shipping with mostly slight delays, but occasionally delays of up to a month
    • International packages could take anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks longer than normal
    • I am temporarily unable to send parcel mail to the following locations: Bahamas, Belize, Bolivia, Brunei Darussalam, Cape Verde, Cayman Islands, Comoros, Eswatani (Swaziland), Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Laos, Libya, Lithuania, Montenegro, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, Pakistan, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Sao Tomé and Príncipe, St. Kitts and Nevis, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Venezuala, Yemen

Processing Time Estimate: 3-5 business days
It takes me a little time to pack and ship your order. Orders are mailed out 2-3 times a week.

Domestic (Australia) Delivery Estimate: 1-2 weeks
I ship out of Brisbane via Australia Post so QLD locations get mail faster. Perth and Hobart usually have to wait a little longer.

International Delivery Estimate: 2-8 weeks
International mail can be affected by many factors! Please be patient as your order makes its way to you. Most mail to US/UK/Canada is delivered in 2-4 weeks. Europe can take a little longer (European Customs is more strict/slow) while Asia is often faster.
Unfortunately the COVID-19 pandemic has slowed down international mail, with a lot of packages stuck waiting for flights, waiting on Customs processing, or rerouted to sea mail.

Flats are shipped by regular letter mail. Flat "paper goods" items like stickers and postcards are usually mailed as letters in a regular envelope. The letter mail rate is cheap but untracked both domestically and internationally. If you would prefer tracking, make sure to select a shipping option that includes tracking at checkout.

Non-flat items (including small items like pins and charms) ship in a flat box. They're treated as standard parcels and get tracking.

Bulky orders ship in either a box or a polymailer. If your order is all soft items like plush, it will ship in a polymailer. Items like posters will ship in a tube which is then also placed inside a triangular long box. Every effort is made to prevent items in the same order from damaging each other in transit.
